Springboard provides credit education and debt counseling by telephone and the Internet for residents of every state. Our free educational resources and counseling services are here for you no matter where you reside. However, we may only offer Debt Management Plans to residents of the following states:

Springboard offers in-person credit education and counseling in California in the following cities:
Riverside, Palm Springs, Rosemead, San Bernardino, Hemet, San Diego, Chula Vista, Oceanside, Long Beach, Mission Viejo, Bakersfield, and Fresno.
We also now have offices in Nevada in Las Vegas and Henderson, and one office in Arizona, in Mesa.

Springboard is continually adding additional states to our list of states where we are able to provide debt management plans to the residents. However, at the present time we are able to provide education and counseling, but not debt management plans, to residents of the following states:
Delaware, Guam, Kansas, Northern Mariana Islands, New Hampshire, New Jersey, Puerto Rico, Rhode Island, Vermont, Virgin Islands.
