- You and your clients can call Springboard together from your law office. When you call in, a counselor will speak to your client and register them into our management system so they can begin the pre-petition bankruptcy counseling. - Your clients can call Springboard from their home or place of business. When they call in, a counselor will speak to them and register them into our management system so they can begin the pre-petition bankruptcy counseling. Once registered, the pre-petition bankruptcy counseling can begin.
