  1. When you have provided a request to do so or when our staff has been served by a valid subpoena.

  4. Certificates certifying completion of counseling or education which may contain identifying information may be given to a third party upon your written or verbal authorization.

Monitoring of Phone Calls

Springboard may monitor and/or record out-bound and in-bound telephone calls for quality assurance purposes. Any recording or information obtained from monitoring phone calls is held in the same strict confidence as all the information we gather.
