Springboard Nonprofit Consumer Credit Management has completed its 2008 Annual Report. The report contains the 2008 company overview and announces the opening of Springboard's "SHINE Center," the Dianne Wilkman Scholarship recipient and Employee of the Year Award, as well as Melinda Opperman's national award for Educator of the Year from the NFCC. It also announces the Counselor of the Year, Community Outreach Counselor of the Year, and the winners of the 2008 "Be Money Wise" poster contest.
